Byer is operated by Cueon Inc., a Delaware corporation with an office in California. These terms apply to this website and its buyer request form. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you use the site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to do so. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Byer lets business users submit a product or company website, a work email, and an optional PDF product deck to request a researched buyer list. The request form is free during early access. A submission records a request; it does not itself produce research or guarantee that a buyer list will be delivered. The stated 24-hour delivery window is a target, not a guarantee.

We may change, suspend, or end early access and may introduce different terms for future services. We will not charge you merely for submitting the current request form.

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit and for having permission to share any uploaded deck. Do not submit sensitive personal information, confidential material that you are not authorized to share, or content that violates another person's rights or applicable law.

You keep ownership of your submitted materials. You give us permission to store, review, and use them as needed to handle your request and, if applicable, prepare and deliver a buyer list.

A buyer list, if delivered, is research intended to support your own business judgment. Company information, buying signals, contact details, and source material can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. Verify findings independently before contacting anyone and comply with applicable privacy, marketing, and outreach laws. Byer does not guarantee a response, meeting, sale, revenue, or any other commercial outcome.

You may use a delivered result for your own internal business evaluation and outreach, subject to applicable law. Do not publish or resell a result as a data product without our permission.

Do not use the site to submit unlawful or harmful material, impersonate someone else, interfere with site operation, attempt unauthorized access, bypass security controls, introduce malicious code, or collect site content at a scale that disrupts the service. Do not use Byer results to harass people or send unlawful communications.

Cueon Inc. or its licensors retain their rights in the site's text, design, branding, and software, except for material owned by others. You may view the site for its intended purpose; these terms do not transfer ownership of its content. Names and links to third-party services are provided for information and do not mean those providers endorse Byer. Third-party sites and services have their own terms and policies.

The site and early-access request process are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that any research or results will be complete, current, or suitable for a particular decision. Nothing on this site is legal, financial, or professional advice.

To the extent permitted by law, Cueon Inc. and those who operate the site are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from use of the site or a buyer request. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
