Byer is operated by Cueon Inc., a Delaware corporation with an office in California. This policy applies to the Byer website and its buyer request form. It explains what we receive, why we use it, and how to contact us about your information.

When you request a buyer list, we receive the product or company website you enter and your work email address. You may also upload a product deck as a PDF. The deck is optional and limited to 10 MB. We record which form location sent the request.

Do not upload passwords, financial account details, government identification, or other sensitive personal information. Submit a deck only if you have the right to share it for this purpose. A deck may contain information about you or others, so check it before uploading.

The site and its hosting and analytics services may receive technical and usage information such as your IP address, browser and device details, pages visited, referral source, approximate location derived from network information, and interactions with the site. Cookies or similar browser storage may be used for site operation and measurement. You can manage browser storage through your browser settings.

We use submitted information to review your product, handle your request, communicate with you at your work email, and, if a buyer list is prepared, research potential buyers and deliver the result. We use technical information to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and understand use of the site. We may also use information to comply with law and protect our rights.

Submitting a request does not create an account. The website itself captures the request; any buyer research and delivery are separate from the form submission.

Requests and optional PDFs are stored in a private workspace database. An owner notification may contain your website and work email and indicate whether a deck was attached, but it does not include the PDF itself. We may share information with providers that host the site, store submissions, send notifications, support requested research or delivery, measure usage, and protect the service, only as needed for those functions.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to address abuse or security concerns, or as part of a business transfer. We do not make your uploaded deck publicly available through the website.

If we prepare a buyer list, it may contain business information about companies and relevant professionals, including names, roles, work contact details, and evidence from public or other permitted business sources. If your professional information appears in a result and you have a question or removal request, contact us at the address below.

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to handle requests, maintain business and security records, and meet legal obligations. We use access controls and other safeguards appropriate to the information, but no online system is completely secure. If an optional PDF fails to upload after a request is saved, the form will report the failure rather than claim the deck was received.

You can contact us to ask about, access, correct, or delete information associated with your request. Where applicable law provides additional rights, you may also ask us to consider those rights. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where the law allows or requires it. You may manage cookies and similar storage in your browser.

Byer is intended for business users, not children. Information may be processed in locations where our service providers operate, which may be outside your state or country. If you use this site from another jurisdiction, its data protection rules may differ from yours.
